A quick and honest take
The hotel offers a beautiful setting with stunning views and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the grounds and rooms is commendable, providing a pleasant atmosphere. While the food is good, the dining experience could use better organization, especially during peak times. Despite a few hiccups, my stay was enjoyable overall.

great stay but noisy breakfast experience
Fabulous hotel with amazing staff, especially the bar team who were particularly attentive. The beach front bungalow offered a stunning view, allowing us to enjoy the sea's beauty daily. An invite for a private romantic dinner was a lovely surprise, adding a personal touch to our stay. Additionally, I appreciated having views of the lush garden from our bungalow, creating a serene atmosphere to unwind in.
The breakfast chaos felt overwhelming at times, affecting my overall experience.

Had an amazing time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed the activity pool and beach games. Definitely check out the a la carte dining for a treat!
The only downside was the drink service. Waiting long for drinks during meals was frustrating.

Our family had a fabulous time enjoying the activity pool, where we participated in games that really brought us together. The views from our room were amazing. The staff were attentive and ensured that every need was met, especially for our group of 20.
My kids wished there were more activities tailored for them, as the options felt limited at times.

It was just a fitting option for a short visit in Agios Fokas (Kos) with good value. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially George at the night reception who was always smiling. Be prepared for a lot of stairs if you have mobility issues.

The buffet was a total feast, with fresh, delicious options that made each meal an adventure worth savoring! Dinner at the Greek a la carte was a standout, minus the occasional steak letdown. Plus, shoutout to Surella, our evening waitress who really knew her stuff and served us like royalty!
Breakfast was an absolute circus. the morning crew seemed perpetually grumpy and the clattering of dishes felt like a chaotic concert. It’s a shame since the evening staff was fabulous! And honestly, charging extra for spa use is a bit cheeky.
